1. Definitions and Applicability

In this document, "vip baj", "platform", or "service" refers to the website at https://vip-baj.cam and all services provided under it. "User", "member", or "you" refers to any person registered on the platform or using its services.

These terms apply to users from Bangladesh and are written in Bengali. If any difference in meaning arises between the English and Bengali versions, the Bengali version will take precedence. By accessing the platform or using its services, the user confirms that they have read and fully accepted these terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To use vip baj services, users must be 21 years of age or older. No person under this age may register on the platform or carry out any financial transactions. If someone registers by providing a false age, their account will be cancelled immediately at any time and the associated balance may be forfeited.

Users must confirm that participating in online gaming and betting is lawful for them under the laws of their own area. Any liability arising from providing false information about one's location or circumstances rests entirely with the user.

2.2 Registration Process

Each person may create only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same person, the same IP address, the same device, or the same payment method is strictly prohibited. Information provided at registration — full name, mobile number, and date of birth — must be accurate and up to date.

It is the user's responsibility to keep their username and password confidential. If account security is compromised or unauthorised access is suspected, vip baj's support team must be notified immediately. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with anyone else.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

To prevent fraud and maintain a safe environment, vip baj may request identity verification at any time. Users may be required to submit a copy of their national ID card or passport, confirm their mobile number, and where applicable provide proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Withdrawal requests may be held until verification is complete. Submitting false or forged documents is a serious violation — the account will be permanently closed and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

Accepted methods for depositing funds at vip baj are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Every transaction must be made from a payment account registered in the user's own name.

Depositing using a third-party account or someone else's mobile banking is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the associated balance will be returned and the account may be suspended for review.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket and are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Withdrawal requests may be delayed if account verification is not complete or if bonus wagering requirements have not been met. vip baj reserves the right to review unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

vip baj offers a 200% bonus on the first deposit, with a maximum bonus of up to ৳10,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. To withdraw bonus funds, the user must wager 20 times the bonus amount, i.e. ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000.

A bonus is not cash in itself and cannot be withdrawn directly. Attempting to withdraw from bonus funds before the wagering requirement is met may result in the bonus being cancelled. Each bonus offer has its own expiry and conditions, which are stated on the promotions page.

• Each bonus offer applies only once per account, unless the offer states otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• If misuse or manipulation of any bonus is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• vip baj reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer without prior notice.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 General Rules

All casino games, slots, live casino, and sports betting available on vip baj are powered by third-party game providers' software. Game outcomes are determined through a verifiable random number generator (RNG) or via a live dealer.

Each game's own rules and RTP information are available within the game interface. If the internet connection is lost during a game, the result will be determined based on the data saved on the server, and that result will be considered final.

6.2 Special Rules for Sports Betting

In sports betting, displayed odds may change up until the match begins. If a match is cancelled, postponed, or does not finish within the scheduled time, vip baj will make a separate decision regarding that bet. vip baj is not responsible for any discrepancies arising from communication delays in live betting.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vip baj platform, and detection of any of them will result in permanent account closure:

• Placing bets or playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts operated by the same person or group.
• Bonus arbitrage or placing bets with the intent to circumvent bonus terms.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Fraudulent behaviour towards or harassment of other members.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's details.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

vip baj reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or close any account at any time and for any reason. Action may be taken against an account in particular under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Failure to provide requested information or documents for verification within the specified time.
• Unusual or suspicious transaction patterns.
• The user requests account closure themselves.

A user may request account closure at any time. In that case, the remaining balance will be returned via the payment method on file, however any bonus with an unfulfilled wagering requirement will be cancelled. 9. Limitation of Liability

vip baj services are provided "as is". The platform makes no express or implied warranty of fitness for any particular purpose. vip baj will not be liable for any loss in the following circumstances:

• Games are interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical fault.
• A problem occurs with a third-party game provider's software.
• Issues related to the user's payment account or device.
• Account credentials are exposed due to the user's own negligence or carelessness.

In any circumstance, vip baj's maximum liability will be limited to the amount involved in that specific transaction. No claim may be made for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the vip baj website — logos, graphics, text, software code, design elements, and brand identity — is protected by intellectual property law. This content is the property of vip baj or its licensed partners.

Users may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. However, written permission is required to reproduce, distribute, modify, or disclose any content to third parties. vip baj reserves the right to take legal action against intellectual property infringement.

11. Changes to Terms

vip baj may change, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on the website after any change, and the date of the change will be noted.

If a user continues to use the platform after a change, they will be considered to have accepted the updated terms. It is therefore recommended to review this page regularly. If a user objects to any change, they may request account closure.
